Single-level, sun-soaked, and designed around the idea that every vacation moment should feel effortless. The open-concept living and kitchen flow naturally to the backyard, where a private heated pool, 6-person hot tub, pickleball court, and 3-hole putting green make it easy to never want to leave the property at all.
Inside, the music theme runs deep. Two Victrola players spin vinyl, stream Bluetooth, or play whatever’s in the CD or cassette tray, with albums, CDs, and cassettes all included. The Pac-Man arcade anchors one corner of the living room, while six Roku TVs spread across every bedroom and the outdoor patio keep everyone covered. A fully equipped kitchen and an open-concept dining area complete the main living space.
The primary bedroom offers a king bed, 55" Roku TV, and a dedicated workspace, ideal if you’re mixing vacation with a remote workday. Three additional bedrooms sleep the group in style: two queens in one room, and king beds in each of the others, one with its own Victrola music player and all-vinyl vibe.
A private heated pool, 6-person hot tub, pickleball court with paddles, 3-hole putting green, fire pit, patio heaters, ping pong, and cornhole. The backyard alone is enough to fill an entire vacation.

The pool is heated year-round and comes with a safety fence, 6 pool loungers, pool noodles, and a selection of pool toys. Our crew services the pool and hot tub twice a week.
The single-level layout connects kitchen, dining, and living room in one open flow, ideal for groups who want to move freely. A 65" Roku TV anchors the living room, while outdoor dining and a gas grill invite al fresco meals.
Tall privacy hedges and a walled backyard create a secluded retreat in the heart of North Phoenix. Set in a quiet residential neighborhood, the mature hedges help buffer the backyard so it stays a private space for your group.
